This ski is equipped with innovative Cold Base Bonding technology for optimal wax absorption and grindability as well as a liquid waxable Gliding Sidewall for reduced friction and more speed. Race ski construction 702 features a dynamic wax pocket for a direct and safe kick phase at hard wax conditions at 14°F (-10°C) and warmer. To protect the base, a thin layer of wax is applied to the skis which must be removed and brushed off before the first use.
